Does Accreditation Symbolize Quality in Public Healthcare Delivery? An Investigation of Hospitals in Kerala

Abstract: Accreditation has become an important benchmark for healthcare organisations, and accordingly, many government hospitals in Kerala got accredited with national level (NABH) and state level (KASH) accreditation programmes.
