In the digital economy, online reviews serve as valuable and real-time feedback for consumers, making them a crucial source of information for product selection. We propose a product recommendation ranking method based on sentiment analysis of online reviews to address information overload and support informed purchase decisions. The proposed model considers the interdependencies among product features and fully simulates the psychological state of consumers before and after purchasing products. First, online reviews of products are mined and preprocessed. Natural language processing techniques are employed to extract product features and perform aspect-based sentiment analysis. The results are transformed into an evaluation matrix of the probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs). Then, we propose a 2-additive fuzzy measures recognition model based on multi-dimensional feature attention information to effectively identify redundant, independent, and complementary interactions among product features. Subsequently, the fuzzy weight and the proposed possibility comprehensive discrepancy measures are applied to the interactive multi-criteria decision-making based on CPT-TODIM (Cumulative Prospect Theory TODIM) method to rank the recommended priorities of alternative products. The feasibility of the proposed method is validated through a case study of smart sweeping robot products from Jingdong Mall, followed by the investigation of the impact of various psychological behaviours that influence purchase decisions on the recommendation ranking based on stochastic multi-criteria acceptability analysis (SMAA). Finally, a comparative analysis is conducted to demonstrate the advantages and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Pencurian organ tubuh dalam autopsi merupakan fenomena yang mengguncang kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem kesehatan dan otoritas medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pihak dokter kepada pihak keluarga akibat dari pencurian organ tubuh dalam autopsi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek hukum yang terkait dengan pertanggungjawaban dokter dalam kasus semacam ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokter memiliki tanggung jawab profesional dan hukum untuk melindungi pasien serta keluarganya. Pertanggungjawaban dokter dapat berupa pertanggungjawaban perdata, yang meliputi ganti rugi atas kerugian yang dialami keluarga korban, dan pertanggungjawaban pidana, di mana dokter dapat dipenjarakan dan didenda sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan pencurian organ tubuh dalam autopsi juga dibahas sebagai langkah-langkah penting untuk memastikan kejadian serupa tidak terulang kembali. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pertanggungjawaban dokter dan implikasinya terhadap pihak keluarga pasien, diharapkan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak pasien dan keluarganya dapat diperkuat, serta praktik medis di Indonesia tetap berada dalam batas-batas etika dan hukum yang benar.

Cross-city patient mobility reflects geographic mismatch in medical resources. However, existing research methods fail to fully capture complex healthcare supply–demand relationships and proximity mechanisms of patient mobility. In this study, we used 500,120 patient online evaluations to construct the 2023 Cross-city patient mobility networks (CPMNs) for the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) and analysed its spatial structure and influencing factors using the healthcare relative size index, dominant association analysis, and exponential random graph models (ERGMs). The results show that (1) there is a double logarithmic linear relationship between healthcare supply and intensity (coefficient of 0.627) and a weak negative correlation between demand and intensity; (2) while the spatial organization of healthcare aligns with administrative boundaries and hierarchies, exceptions are observed in parts of Shanghai and Chongqing's healthcare catchment areas; and (3) geographical proximity, cultural proximity, institutional proximity and social proximity are significant for patient mobility. This research contributes new data and methods to patient mobility studies, and the spatial patterns and factors influencing patient mobility uncovered here provide theoretical and empirical insights for optimizing healthcare resource allocation in the YREB.
