“…The subsequent transfection experiment was performed with Nanofectin reagent (PAA, Pasching, Austria) with some modifications as described previously [30]. Briefly, cells were transiently transfected with 0.1 mg of pGL3-2Â ARE/Luc plasmid and 0.1 mg of pCMV-b-galactosidase plasmid by using 0.4 ml of Nanofectin in OPTI-MEM medium for 16 h.
