DOBC-Based Frequency & Voltage Regulation Strategy for PV-Diesel Hybrid Microgrid During Islanding Conditions

Abstract: This paper proposes a disturbance observer-based control (DOBC) method for frequency and voltage regulation of a solar photovoltaic (PV)-diesel generator (DG) based hybrid microgrid during islanding conditions.
