The massive use of energy has caused a rapid increase in global carbon dioxide emissions, resulting in a series of environmental problems such as climate warming. Investment in the energy industry can guide funds into green and clean production, reduce carbon emissions in the energy industry, and promote the green development of the energy industry. This paper considers the energy, the environment, the economy, and other factors and focuses on energy consumption and investment structure. Taking 30 provinces in China as research samples, a dynamic spatial Durbin model is established. The results show that the first-order term of carbon emissions has a driving force of 0.5068% for current carbon emissions at a significance level of 1% and that the increase in current carbon emissions will lead to a continued increase in carbon emissions in the next period. The increase in the carbon emissions of neighbouring provinces will increase their carbon emissions through the spatial spillover effect. Whether in the short term or long term, the increase in energy investment and the optimization of the energy investment structure can reduce carbon emissions. The above conclusions can provide a reference for the formulation of government environmental policies.

O zoneamento bioclimático apresenta-se como importante ferramenta para fornecer subsídios para a estruturação de normativa de desempenho térmico e de códigos de eficiência energética de edificações. No entanto, uma metodologia consistente para o desenvolvimento de propostas de zoneamentos é ainda tema de ampla discussão. O objetivo deste artigo é avaliar a aplicabilidade do experimento fatorial como método para caracterização de zonas bioclimáticas. Para tal, empregou-se o experimento fatorial para a análise das variáveis de influência no desempenho térmico de edificações residenciais ventiladas naturalmente em diferentes climas brasileiros. Foram realizadas simulações de desempenho térmico a partir da fatorial e as cidades analisadas foram agrupadas de acordo com a performance quanto ao conforto térmico e com as variáveis de influência. De forma geral, as principais variáveis de influência no conforto térmico das edificações foram a absortância solar da envoltória, a transmitância térmica das coberturas e a ventilação. Para climas mais amenos a transmitância térmica das paredes também apresentou influência, enquanto a capacidade térmica das paredes apresentou influência para os climas de transição. Dentre as localidades amostradas, pode-se reconhecer quatro padrões de comportamento quanto ao conforto térmico e quanto às variáveis de influência, possibilitando o agrupamento das cidades. Identificou-se quatro zonas bioclimáticas, subdivididas de acordo com as necessidades de ventilação específicas locais. A originalidade deste trabalho está na proposta de uma caracterização de zonas bioclimáticas fundamentada em um modelo de conforto adaptativo, na inclusão de mais de um modelo de edificações multifamiliares na análise e na utilização do experimento fatorial.

In order to accurately analyze the building energy consumption and identify the problem of building energy consumption in advance, this study carries out the energy consumption analysis based on BIM (Building Information Modeling). The research object is a four-story college student dormitory in Beijing, and this set of BIM-based energy consumption simulation data was obtained using standard operating procedures (SOP). This operating procedure can start energy consumption analysis in the conceptual design stage, and developers can participate in real-time through the use of a three-dimensional information model, without additional design required. Then, comparing this study with the traditional energy consumption analysis, we see that the SOP of this research result has the following advantages: SOP function analysis is more professional, and the visual display method is more popular and intuitive; due to the flexible file format of the SOP, when data exchange is required between different software, the SOP can realize more convenient operation, and users can identify problems in the early stage of design through the SOP, correcting the scheme according to the simulation results, which is conducive to the development of the construction process. Finally, this study puts forward the analysis and estimation of energy consumption in different stages of the building life cycle, so as to provide researchers with ideas for improvement .
