Do the attributes of a risk management committee affect company performance? A comparative study before and after the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract: This study focuses on the association between specific attributes of risk management committees (RMCs) and the performance of financial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The chosen period, from 2017 to 2022, allows for the examination of trends and changes over time (Callahan & Soileau, 2017).
