Do Antidepressants Induce Psychosis in Children and Adolescents? A Naturalistic Study in Ambulatory Pediatric Population

Abstract: In contrast to the clinical impression of some clinicians, antidepressant treatment in pediatric ambulatory population was not associated with emergence of psychotic symptoms.
