DNN-MVL: DNN-Multi-View-Learning-Based Recover Block Missing Data in a Dam Safety Monitoring System

Abstract: Many sensor nodes have been widely deployed in the physical world to gather various environmental information, such as water quality, earthquake, and huge dam safety. Due to the limitation in the batter power, memory, and computational capacity, missing data can occur at arbitrary sensor nodes and time slots. In extreme situations, some sensors may lose readings at consecutive time slots. The successive missing data takes the side effects on the accuracy of real-time monitoring as well as the performance on th… Show more

“…The integration of health care and blockchain can overcome the security and privacy protection of medical health data [41][42][43]. Blockchains are also used in smart grids [44][45][46], supply chain management [47], and the Internet of Vehicles [48][49][50], and this is enough to see a wide range of applications for blockchain applications.…”

“…From the above analysis, with the known deformation information of the target measurement point and the adjacent measurement points, the least square method can also estimate the influence coefficients, and the expression of the model is thus established. By substituting the hypothesis missing information of the adjacent measurement point into Equation (25), the missing information of the target measurement point can be estimated.…”

“…Hu et al [21] used the deformation information of the spatial adjacent points to return the deformation value of the target measurement points and proposed a spatial adjacent points regression interpolation method as well as a spatial anti-distance weighted interpolation method with good interpolation results. Other scholars also proposed spatial interpolation methods for dam deformation [22][23][24][25] and built a good foundation for in-depth analyses of dam deformation behaviors.…”
