DNAJC25 as a tumor suppressor candidate gene in breast cancer

Abstract: D NAJC25 geni HSP40 (DNAJ) ailesinin bir üyesidir ve hepatoselüler karsinomada tümör baskılayıcı gen olarak önerilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, meme kanserinde DNAJC25 geninin ifadesini, genetik/epigenetik değişimlerini ve prognostik önemini analiz etmekdir.
