Abstract: Herein, we report a DNA origami plasmonic nanoantenna for the programmable surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection of cytokine release syndrome (CRS)associated cytokines (e.g., tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ)) in cancer immunotherapy.
