Abstract:Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) has shown promising antitumor effects in various malignant tumors. However, its application for glioblastoma (GBM) is significantly hindered by the challenge of delivering CDT agents across the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) and achieving efficient tumor targeting.
