Abstract:We evaluated the genetic changes in bladder cancer biopsy by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and related them to stage and grade of the tumor, ploidy (FCM) and clinical outcome, to determine a simple method to identify tumors with a poorer prognosis.
