Diversity Towards the Human Capital Development and Staff Job Satisfaction in Tertiary Institutions in Kogi State

Abstract: This study aimed at Human Capital Development (HCD) and Job Satisfaction (JS) in public tertiary institutions in Kogi State. The study applied a descriptive research survey.
