Abstract:Background
Little is known about the diversity of the chiropractic profession with respect to gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity and community of practice. Diversity provides a foundation for culturally competent care delivery at the provider level and is paramount in the pursuit of a culturally congruent model of chiropractic care. The objective of this study is to explore the diversity of the Canadian chiropractic profession.
