Abstract: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) significantly contributes to mental health morbidity. Empirical evidence supports the use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with exposure and response prevention (ERP) as primary treatment options.
