Diurnal Variation of Visual Acuity and Refraction in Fuchs Endothelial Corneal Dystrophy

Abstract: Purpose:Patients with advanced Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy frequently report poor vision in the morning, which improves as the day progresses.
