Distributionally Robust Multi-Energy Dynamic Optimal Power Flow Considering Water Spillage with Wasserstein Metric

Abstract: This paper proposes a distributed robust multi-energy dynamic optimal power flow (DR-DOPF) model to overcome the uncertainty of new energy outputs and to reduce water spillage in hydropower plants. The proposed model uses an ambiguity set based on the Wasserstein metric to address the uncertainty of wind and solar power forecasting errors, rendering the model data-driven.
