For technological, economic, and environmental reasons, renewable distributed generators (RDGs) have been extensively used in distribution networks. This paper presents an effective approach for technoeconomic analysis of optimal allocation of REDGs considering the uncertainties of the system. The primary issue with renewable-based distributed generators, especially wind and photovoltaic systems, is their intermittent characteristic that results in fluctuating output power and, hence, increasing power system uncertainty. Thus, it is essential to consider the uncertainty of such resources while selecting their optimal allocation within the grid. The main contribution of this study is to figure out the optimal size and location for RDGs in radial distribution systems while considering the uncertainty of load demand and RDG output power. A Monte Carlo simulation approach and a backward reduction algorithm were used to generate a reasonable number of scenarios to reflect the uncertainties of loading and RDG output power. Manta ray foraging optimization (MRFO), an efficient technique, was used to estimate the ratings and placements of the RDGs for a multi-objective function that includes the minimization of the expected total cost, total emissions, and total system voltage deviation, in addition to enhancing predicted total voltage stability. An IEEE 118-bus network was used as a large interconnected network, along with a rural 51-bus distribution grid and the IEEE 15-bus model as a small distribution network to test the developed technique. Simulations demonstrate that the proposed optimization technique effectively addresses the optimal DG allocation problem. Furthermore, the results indicate that using the proposed method to optimally integrate wind turbines with solar-based DG decreases the expected costs, emissions, and voltage deviations while improving voltage stability by 40.27%, 62.6%, 29.33%, and 4.76%, respectively, for the IEEE 118-bus system and enhances the same parameters by 35.57%, 59.92%, 68.95%, and 11.88%, respectively, for the rural 51-bus system and by 37.74%, 61.46%, 58.39%, and 8.86%, respectively, for the 15-bus system.

The bioeconomic strategy of Ukraine has not been yet formed, the development of biotechnology is slow, the use of biotechnology is still very fragmentary. The main economic biotechnology sectors of Ukraine are agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food industry and bioenergy. A circular, sustainable bio-economy can become the primary tool for Ukraine’s integration into the EU Green Economy, making its economy more sustainable and competitive. The article aims to develop scientific and methodical aspects of the bioeconomic transformation of the national economy of Ukraine. The paper conducts a comprehensive assessment of the bioeconomic potential of the agri-food sector of the Ukrainian economy and identifies the main development priorities. The dynamics of alternative energy consumption and production from alternative energy sources have been provided.

The paper deals with optimisation of energy storage systems technology for emergency shelters (tiny houses) for Ukrainian War refugees. Huge number of Ukrainian citizens lost their houses or had to leave their homes. These refugees increase population in the rest of Ukraine what escalates problems with accommodation and integration into native communities. Emergency living in communal properties has unpleasant influence on the communities and is acceptable just for limited period. It becomes important to build new quarters or urban areas using cheap but energy efficient technologies. This research is based on real shelter project realised between Ukrainian non-government organisation Synergy and German development agency weChange. Main task of this paper is optimisation of energy strategy in community consisting of hundreds or thousands units and called shelter city. Solution of one single tiny house with implemented RES is task deeply evaluated in several projects, but we must take into account cooperation of large amount of units to limit total influence on Ukrainian distribution and transmission networks. Ukrainian infrastructure was already in unpleasant state before war and new connections of these consumers would dramatically overload existing infrastructure. This task is yet more complicated in nowadays war conditions, where crucial parts of the networks are being repeatedly damaged. From this point of view, it is essential to design the shelter community like consumer o prosumer with perfectly balanced load and production chart. The shelters should be built in passive standard to achieve minimal acquisition and operational costs. Also very efficient but cheap energy storage system must be integrated on the level of particular shelter or entire shelter city. Influence of various battery technologies using different coupling schemes is being discussed. AC coupling, DC coupling with intermediate circuit or PV generator circuit are tuned for specific load charts to optimise the influence on distribution network.
