Distortional buckling of perforated cold-formed steel channel-section beams with circular holes in web

Abstract: This paper presents the numerical and analytical investigations on the distortional buckling of perforated cold-formed steel channel-section beams with circular holes in web. The numerical investigation involves the use of finite element methods. In the analytical analysis the distortional buckling model recommended in EN1993-1-3 is employed.
