Distinguishing scaling violations from new currents

Abstract: Controversy exists over explanation of anomalies in antineutrino scattering. We argue that the alternatives, scaling violations or new currents, can be measured separately. Scaling violation also plays a crucial role in dilepton production, one of the best tests of b-quark production. We conclude with a discussion of the role of scaling violation in neutral-current neutrino scattering.
