“…The alignment of technology with education practices is a positive step that has been triggered by crises such as COVID-19. However, various issues and challenges faced by Asian countries, such as cultural dimensions (Cheng, 1998;Ramburuthi & McCormick, 2001), pedagogical and instructional designs (Papadakis et al, 2006;Verkroost et al, 2008), and assessments of the effectiveness of blended learning approaches persist. To address this knowledge gap, this study has developed a blended pedagogical blueprint that integrates the teaching and learning cultures, and the context of Hong Kong, an Asian society, in social work curriculum, and develops a list of monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of each blended learning subject.…”
