Dissolution Enhancement of Lansoprazole Using Cocrystallization

Abstract: Objective: Lansoprazole (LPZ) is a Biopharmaceutics Classification System Class II drug. It has low solubility and high permeability, so its rate ofdissolution is a rate-limiting step for drug absorption.
