Dissipation and Residues of Mandipropamid in Grape Using QuEChERS Methodology and HPLC-DAD

Abstract: The HPLC method for determination of mandipropamid residues and its dissipation in grape was investigated. The mean recoveries of the analytical method were 98–102%. The samples were collected within 2 weeks after pesticide application, and the pesticide residues were extracted by an optimized QuEChERS method. Mandipropamid dissipated rapidly with half-life 2.20 days in grape. According to maximum residue limit (MRL) the preharvest interval (PHI) of mandipropamid on grape was 4 days, after the last tre… Show more

“…[15][16][17][18][19][20] A ESL/PBT foi aplicada para avaliar a dissipação do fungicida sistêmico difenoconazol em morangos durante seis aplicações sucessivas do produto comercial. As concentrações residuais de difenoconazol determinadas, em triplicata, durante os seis tratamentos nos diferentes dias são apresentadas na Figura 5.…”

“…At present, the methods for detecting residues of mandipropamid in sesame leaves (Farha et al, 2016) (Dong et al, 2020) are mainly high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and HPCL-tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). Moreover, residual behaviour analysis and research on mandipropamid in grapes (Malhat and Abdallah, 2012), lettuce (Yang et al, 2020), and Cnidium (Dong et al, 2020)have been undertaken. However, there have been no systematic studies on the residual behaviour, degradation dynamics, and dietary risk assessment of mandipropamid in ginseng.…”

“…Diseases in grape vineyards caused by microorganism pathogens are called parasitic diseases, while those caused by factors such as inappropriate land, food, water regime in the earth, climate conditions etc., are called physiological diseases [3]. The dissipation of the pesticides after their application depends on several factors, such as the applied dose and formulation, application parameters, the number of applications, climatic conditions, the species cultivated, physical phenomena, and chemical degradation [4]. The impact of pesticides and other toxic chemicals on the environment depends on the interaction with soil particles.…”
