Dissemination of extensively drug-resistant and KPC-2 producing Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from bloodstream infections

Abstract: Introduction: Bloodstream infections (BSIs) are serious diseases associated with high mortality, especially when caused by extensively drugresistant (XDR) Klebsiella pneumoniae.
