Abstract:Teleost testis development during the annual cycle involves dramatic changes in cellular compositions and molecular events. In this study, the testicular cells derived from adult black rockfish at distinct stages – regressed, regenerating and differentiating – were meticulously dissected via single-cell transcriptome sequencing.
