Disruption of Dictyostelium discoideum morphogenesis by overproduction of cAMP phosphodiesterase.

Abstract: The development and cellular differentiation of Dictyostelium discoideum are disrupted in transformants secreting high levels of the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase.
