Disposal of Water‐Treatment‐Plant Wastes

Abstract: There are more than a half dozen suggested approaches to solve the sludge problem. Some of them have been amply covered before. Five others—mainly concerned with processing and reprocessing of the sludge product—are treated in this committee report, which concludes with the acknowledgment that considerable standardization is necessary before the problem can be successfully solved.
