Dispersion Properties of Surface Polaritons in the Ferrite/Semiconductor Metamaterial in the Magnetic Field

Abstract: In the given paper, the dispersion properties of surface electromagnetic waves at a plane interface between a homogeneous medium (vacuum) and a layered periodical structure, consisting of alternating layers of ferrite and a semiconductor, placed in an external magnetic field are studied.
