Disparities in Access to Paid Sick Leave During the First Year of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: The findings from this study highlight how disparities in access to paid sick leave may be related to different risk for infectious disease, like COVID-19. Providing access to paid sick leave may be a method for preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
