В статье, представленной по номенклатуре специальности 5.8.4 (педагогические науки), обоснован подход выявления валидной структуры биометрических признаков и построения концепта искомого уравнения регрессии. Проблемная ситуация проявляется в том, что с одной стороны, содержание основных модулей программы физической культуры в вузе имеет четкую унификацию, как по количеству используемых разделов предмета обучения, так и по их часам в семестре и годовом цикле, с другой стороны, – имевшая место индивидуальная траектория обучения предполагает выбор самим учащимся вариантов реализации занятий, но недостаточно обоснован механизм рекомендации педагогом паритета направленности тренировок с учетом особенностей состава группы, биометрического сопоставления научных данных. Цель: изучение фактического психофизического состояния (в том числе и входящих в эту дефиницию психофизических мульти кондиций) искомых респондентов; прогнозируемое обоснование и разработка модельно-целевых характеристик физической подготовленности курсантов и студентов для использования их в процессе индивидуальной работы по повышению уровня развития двигательных качеств. Гипотеза исследования: предполагалось, что разработка индивидуально доступных норм развития двигательных качеств в процессе создания математической модели в виде уравнений регрессии, в которых в качестве переменных используются переменные психофизического мульти состояния исследуемой группы обучающихся, включенные в модели, позволяют влиять на уровень качественного развития в процессе физического воспитания; оперируя такими моделями, можно вносить существенные коррективы в практику процесса физического воспитания. Использовались методы: теоретический анализ и обобщение; тестирование; моделирование; ретроспективный анализ; сжатия информации; математическое прогнозирование; биометрия; перекрёстный педагогический эксперимент. Организация исследования. Перекрёстный педагогический эксперимент задействовал три гетерогенные группы обучающихся трёх вузов (двух вузов силовых структур – МФД РФ и Краснодарского высшего военного училища им. С.М. Штеменко, готовящего специалистов по защите информации для всех видов и родов войск Вооружённых сил РФ; Тамбовского государственного университета им. Г.Р. Державина). Использован системный подход, включающий результаты, полученные с применением факторного, корреляционного и регрессионного анализов. Результаты. Уравнение регрессии – математическая модель физической подготовленности обучающихся, обоснованно включает в себя переменные (показатели), на которые можно целенаправленно воздействовать в процессе физического воспитания. Самый большой «k» множественной корреляции равносилен 0,787 → регрессионное уравнение: У = 17,08+0,89 Х3-0,021 Х7-0,0132 X6, где, Х3 → Х7 – рейтинг входящих структурно-гомогенных компонентов. Выводы и заключение. Аутентичной системой контроля должен выступать ежедневный персональный контроль сердечного ритма методом блиц-анализа индекса напряжения регуляторных систем с градацией: 86,2 ÷ 120,5 усл. ед. – для лиц со средним уровнем физических кондиций; для лиц с низким уровнем физического состояния – 48,3 ÷ 84,2 усл. ед. (нижняя граница); 128,7 ÷ 226,8 усл. ед. (верхняя граница).

Objective: to study the physical psychophysical state (including the psychophysical conditions included in this definition) of the respondents sought; predicted substantiation and development of model-target characteristics of physical fitness of cadets and students for their use in the process of individual work to improve the level of development of motor qualities. Research hypothesis: it was assumed that the development of individually available norms for the development of motor qualities in the process of creating a mathematical model in the form of regression equations, in which the variables of the psychophysical multi states of the studied group of students included in the models are used, allow influencing the level of qualitative development in the process of physical education; Using such models, it is possible to make significant adjustments to the practice of the physical education process. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization; testing; simulation; retrospective analysis; information compression; mathematical forecasting; biometrics; Cross-pedagogical experiment. Study organization. The cross-pedagogical experiment involved three heterogeneous groups of students from three universities (two universities of law enforcement agencies – MFD of the Russian Federation and the Krasnodar Higher Military School named after S.M. Shtemenko, which trains specialists in information security for all types and branches of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation; Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin). A systematic approach is used, including the results obtained using factorial, correlation and regression analyses. Outcomes. The regression equation is a mathematical model of physical fitness of students, reasonably includes variables (indicators) that can be purposefully influenced in the process of physical education.
