The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is currently entering a new normal period or the implementation of the New Habit Adaptation protocol. This condition has reduced the number of family planning participation so that it is feared that it could cause a baby boom or an increase in the number of pregnancies and births. For this reason, serious efforts need to be made in order to increase the number of family planning participation again. During this Covid-19 pandemic, as much as possible should avoid crowds so that cases of Covid-19 transmission do not occur. One of the efforts that can be done is through counseling with leaflet media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health education using media leaflets about long-term contraceptive methods during the new normal for women of childbearing age. The study was conducted in Leran Village with a total population of 1, 506 then obtained the number of samples as many as 316 respondents. Sampling technique using probability sampling with proportional random sampling technique. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest one group design. Data analysisused the Wilcoxon test to see the effectiveness anddetermine the difference before and after giving counseling.The result of this research is that there is an effect after it is donecounseling with leaflet media on women of childbearing age knowledge in Leran Village. It is hoped that the role of health workers and health cadres will always carry out promotions and education about the benefits of family planning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Setelah dua tahun pandemi dimana kegiatan beribadah tidak dapat dilakukan dan dibatasi, pemerintah mulai melonggarkan aturan beribadah, gereja memulai kembali beraktifitas dan mengadakan ibadah tatap muka. Walaupun sebagian jemaat mulai antusias datang beribadah tatap muka, sebagian jemaat yang tetap memilih beribadah daring. Dalam masa ibadah hybrid dimana ibadah on line masih dilaksanakan bersamaan ibadah tatap muka, gereja mencari berbagai cara kembali mengajak seluruh jemaat kembali hadir dalam ibadah. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dengan gembala dan jemaat yang telah hadir didapati berbagai faktor yang dapat menjadi pendorong untuk jemaat rindu untuk hadir dalam kegiatan tatap muka, gereja juga menggunakan berbagai cara yang kreatif untuk memancing keinginan jemaat yang belum hadir dapat merasakan dan mengingat kembali kenikmatan beribadah secara langsung. Usaha untuk menarik jemaat untuk kembali hadir berkat peran perhatian gembala kepada jemaat dan berbagai faktor pendukungnya membuahkan hasil dengan kembali hadirnya hampir seluruh jemaat untuk beribadah tatap muka.

The constitution is the basis for all the space for a country to move, whether the country is in normal or abnormal conditions. It based on the constitution as the basic norm that is the highest guideline for a country. In the case of an abnormal state, Posner explains that there is flexibility needed to deal with abnormal conditions in the constitution. Indonesia declared the country's status in a health emergency based on Presidential Decree Number 11 of 2020 on the Determination of a Corona Virus Disease Public Health Emergency and Government Regulation In Lieu Of Law Number 1 of 2020 on State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Pandemic and/or In Facing Threats That Endanger the National Economy and/or Financial System Stability that cause the economy to decline and conflict in society. The government is faced with policy choices in dealing with this Covid. In Indonesia, the real meaning of lockdown is regional quarantine. The area quarantine itself is regulated in Law Number 6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine (Health Quarantine Law). Although Indonesia has been able to adapt to Covid-19, it is possible that in the future there will be a genetic mutation of this virus, causing an increase in the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, before there is a spike in Covid-19 in the future, it must be clear in the division of authority both in the central government and regional governments regarding the lockdown (regional quarantine).
