Diselenide Covalent Allosteric Inhibitors of Glutaminase with Strong In Vivo Anticancer Activity

Abstract: Allosteric glutaminase inhibitors demonstrate inhibition of glutamine-dependent cancer cells with low general drug toxicity, but have issues with efficacy in vivo.
