Disease-Linked Mutations in UBQLN2 Proline-Rich Region Promote Phase Separation and Liquid-To-Solid Phase Transitions

Abstract: Liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) underlies the assembly of biomolecular condensates such as stress granules.
