Discretization and Numerical Solution of a Plane Problem in the Mechanics of Interfacial Cracks

Для достижения высоких показателей жесткостных и прочностных свойств композитных материалов необходимо обеспечить максимальное нагружение армирующих элементов (дисперсных частиц и волокон). Это требует надлежащего сцепления (адгезии) их с матрицей, которое в идеальном варианте описывается непрерывностью перемещений и поверхностных напряжений при переходе через границу раздела фаз и носит название совершенных условий на межфазной границе [1-3]. Большинство работ по прогнозированию эффективных упругих свойств композитных материалов исходят из этой идеальной модели контакта на межфазной границе. В действительности условия на межфазной границе могут отличаться от совершенного контакта, описываемого непрерывностью перемещений и поверхностных напряжений. Это связано с недостаточным и неравномерным сцеплением матрицы с армирующими частицами и волокнами. Для усиления сцепления и смачивания поверхности наполнителей связующим их покрывают аппретирующими веществами, свойства которых отличаются от соответствующих свойств матрицы и включений [4].
