Abstract:This study involves the design of novel thiadiazole derivatives as hDHODH inhibitors using various structure‐based approaches such as pharmacophore modelling, high‐throughput virtual screening (HTVS), prediction of ADMET parameters, docking and molecular dynamics (MD) studies.
