Abstract:Seven new oleanane saponins were discovered from Dendrobium officinale. These saponins containing 29-noroleana-12,20(30)-dien-28-oic acid framework, caffeoyl, and coumaroyl moieties potentially inhibited α-glucosidase and α-amylase activities.
