Abstract:One of the most significant aspects of crystal chemistry of multianionic oxyhydrides is the possibility of flexible regulation of the composition-structure-function relationships. In the context of competitive coordinations of different anions in the crystal lattice, this may afford formation of a number of stable stoichiometric phases without inversion symmetry. In the present work, we demonstrated that semiconducting yttrium and lantanium oxyhydrides with the composition Ln2H… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
