Discontinuation of immunosuppression in patients with immune‐mediated drug‐induced liver injury or idiopathic autoimmune hepatitis: A case–control study

Abstract: Background and Aim Drug‐induced liver injury (DILI) may present with autoimmune features and require immunosuppressive therapy (IST) to reach biochemical response.
