Direction of arrival estimation of unknown emitter by deep neural networks with array imperfections

Abstract: In array signal processing, high‐resolution direction‐of‐arrival (DOA) estimation by eigendecomposition method requires knowledge of the array covariance matrix and an exact characterisation of the array.
