Direct Semiconductor Laser Writing of Few‐Layer Graphene Polyhedra Networks for Flexible Solid‐State Supercapacitor

Abstract: Furthermore, the combination of Faradaic intercalation and non-Faradaic absorption of the Li-ions at electrodes allows our devices to have high energy density and respectable power density, cycling stability at the same time.

“…21 The reason may be associated with the distinct heating behaviors of PI incurred by laser irradiations of different wavelengths. 12,63 These results strongly suggest the influence of laser's wavelength on the final products, indicative of the powerful capability of highly controlled structural regulation. Other heteroatoms, such as B, S, and F, have also been doped into carbon materials under laser irradiance.…”

“…The Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1,064 nm is employed to directly scan over a PI film in an ambient condition to generate porous graphene with a suitable N content of 5 wt %. 63 Nevertheless, only a minor amount of N will be detected in the final carbon materials if the Nd:YAG laser is replaced with a CO 2 one (wavelength: 10.6 mm; pulse duration: 14 ms; power density: $10 5 W cm À2 ). 21 The reason may be associated with the distinct heating behaviors of PI incurred by laser irradiations of different wavelengths.…”

“…In addition, the apparent second-order band at approximately 2700 cm À1 for the Zn-5Co-1 derived carbon signied the existence of multi-layers of graphene domains, which have been conrmed by the aforementioned HRTEM analysis. 22 Unless otherwise specied, the acid treated porous carbon samples discussed below were all prepared with the BMOF of Zn-5Co-1 precursor.…”

“…Along with the continuous progress in advanced equipment, the development of the etching technique is promoted which allows diverse options. Among the plentiful varieties, some kinds of etching techniques such as photolithography, [31][32][33] laser scribing, [23,[34][35][36] and plasma etching, [37][38][39] are of high anisotropy and controllability, to a certain extent exhibiting giant potential in micromachining. Therefore, we recommend three broad categories for their wide applications in fabricating MBs and introduce their advantages and inherent defects.…”
