Direct phonoplasty under local anaesthetic

Abstract: New technology and innovation have allowed development of the new technique of direct phonoplasty under local anaesthetic. This combines the advantages of transcutaneous injection under local anaesthetic and direct injection under general anaesthetic, without their disadvantages.
