The problem of joint stabilization and tracking of a spinning satellite system in addition to its regulation are considered. The rational fractional approach is used to obtain coprimeequationsin a multivariate settingfor both coupled and decoupled models. Parametrized compensators are obtained for regulation and stabilization with trackingcases. Simulationresultsare presentedto show the accomplishment of attitude control in different settings with simple control inputs.
