Background: "Subtractive manufacturing" and "additive manufacturing" are inseparable mechanical processing manufacturing processes, and must be carried out at the same time is an established processing concept. In order to achieve continuous improvement, production machine tools are required to effectively identify the causes of possible defects. Therefore, the uncertainty of performance prediction is a very important subject. Methods: Combination of Digital Twin、RPE and VM is used to make the quantized value close to the true overall average value, which can be used with other algorithm theorems. Results: Final Total σ (sigma) represents the σ control value after comparing the DT value of these types of "reduced additive manufacturing" with the experimental value of ET. It shows result of overall additive manufacturing is 53 σ, and Table 5 shows that of overall subtractive manufacturing is 64 σ. It can be evaluate the performance of the concept of adding or subtracting material manufacturing and processing to promote the subsequent development of artificial intelligence (AI).Conclusions: The combined RPE method is not limited to cutting test parts of any geometry, and can be designed that the cutting test parts also collect sufficient statistical data. The detailed information about machine tool analysis considers the advantages and disadvantages of each machine tool. Designers must continue to improve the performance of adding and subtracting materials, and objectively give evaluation qualified performance indicators, in order to continuously correct the improvement and perform performance evaluation.

One of the important values of Industry 4.0 is to integrate people’s needs into the manufacture of enhanced products, systems, and services to achieve greater levels of product customization. This paper presents a prediction method for predicting screw process parameters; taking crystalline and non-crystalline polymers as the molding material, when there is a lack of sufficient historical screw process data to establish a data-driven method, using various screws and polymer materials to predict tool life under different cutting conditions is a challenge. A screw life prediction method is proposed based on the mixed compound screw process parameters method using a dynamic iteration work. To meet the requirements of mass production, this work proposes the combined application of the automatic virtual metrology (AVM) system with the recognizable performance evaluation (RPE) program. The method predicts the injection of compound screws by extracting given cutting conditions and related process parameters characteristics from the senor data by converting sampling inspections with measurement delays from real-time and online routine inspections to automatically and quickly complete method creation production goals.

Optimizing Glass Fiber Molding Process Design by Reverse Warping

The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of changes in glass fiber properties on warpage prediction, and to demonstrate the importance of accurate material property data in the numerical simulation of injection molding. In addition, this study proposes an optimization method based on the reverse warping agent model, in which the thermal conductivity of the plastic material is reduced, and the solidified layer on the surface of the mold is reduced and transferred from the molding material to the mold wall. This means that by the end of the cooling phase, the shrinkage of the molten zone within the component will continue, resulting in warpage. Based on the optimal process parameters, the sensitivity of the warpage prediction to the relationship between the two most important material properties, the glass fiber and holding pressure time, was analyzed. The material property model constants used for numerical simulations can sometimes vary significantly due to inherent experimental measurement errors, the resolution of the test device, or the manner in which the curve fit is performed to determine the model constants. This model has been developed to intelligently determine the preferred processing parameters and to gradually correct the details of the molding conditions. Thus, the cavity is separated in the critical warpage region, and a new cavity geometry with a reverse warped profile is placed into the mold base slot. The results show that the hypothetical and reasonable variation of the glass fiber model constant and the holding pressure time relationship may significantly affect the magnitude of the warpage prediction of glass fiber products. The greatest differences were found as a result of the warping orientation of the glass fiber material.
