Abstract: DIPG is a universally fatal pediatric brain cancer. Receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) pathway alterations are among the defining characteristics in many patients. Copper is a transition metal essential for cellular signaling, known to impact PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK pathways.
