Dinokystes et milieux confinés du Paléogène du Bassin de Paris

Abstract: Dinoflagellate cysts of Paleogene in North-Western Europe have been studied in terms of relationships between assemblages fluctuations and confinement factors in each basin. Thus in Paris Basin paleogeographical changes are well marked by quantitative variations of dinocysts associations. The confinement is in particular characterized by a strong decreasing of dinocysts content, decrescent from 180 to about 10 species or even less.
