Plantation or Landbouw in Lampung District is one of the exploited sides on the island of Sumatra by the colonials. The plantation originated from the Dutch colonial government, various plantation commodities were very advanced and of high quality. Various types of plantation commodities found in the Lampung district in the 19 th -20 th centuries were pepper, coffee, rubber, and so on. The departure of the Dutch after the arrival of the Japanese made the Plantations in the Dutch East Indies, especially the Plantations in Lampung also controlled by the Japanese, but the arrival of the Japanese was only motivated by the war economy so that sectors that did not support the war would be replaced and even muzzled. The 19 th -20 th centuries were a golden age for the colonials in exploiting plantations in Lampung, which in 1870 with the birth of agrarian legislation marked the era of the liberal economy began to take place. This study aims to determine the dynamics of plantations in the Lampung district in the 19 th -20 th centuries. The research method used is the Historical research method, namely Heuristics or the collection of sources collected from various sources such as books, journals, archives, documentation, and so on, source criticism or studying the truth of existing sources, data interpretation, namely interpreting history and historiography, namely re-describing in a writing, so that it can be accounted for. The results of the study explained that there are various commodities in the Lampung district including Pepper, Coffee, and Resin to Rubber. Lada was the mainstay of the Lampung District from the 19th century to the beginning of 20 th . Damar itself is also a commodity produced from the Lampung district, among which the one with a high selling value is Damar Batu, and for Rubber in the early 20 th century began to develop, one of which was located in Redjosari. Through the History of Lampongsche District Plantations of the 19th-20th Centuries. found in Lampung Province, it can increase public awareness of the importance of preserving plantations in Lampung, as well as increase historical awareness in the community of the importance of understanding and participating in maintaining the existence of plantations in Lampung as part of local history and Indonesian national history pioneered during the time Dutch colonial.

Abstrak Lampung merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia, terletak di ujung selatan Pulau Sumatera dengan batas administratif sebelah utara dengan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, sebelah timur dengan Laut Jawa sebelah selatan dengan Selat Sunda, dan sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Samudera Indonesia. Sebagai salah wilayah yang ada di Indonesia, Lampung memiliki keunikan sejarahnya tersendiri. Dalam tulisan ini penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji Kebijakan Pemerintahan Kolonial Belanda dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Komoditas Perdagangan Lada dan Kopi di Lampung Abad ke-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah metode historis dengan pendekatan studi pustaka atau literature review melalui berbagai sumber, dimana penulis dapat mengkaji secara mendalam atas penelitian yang dibuat dan posisi peneliti juga berada dalam posisi tertinggi sebagai penganalisa. Adapun lima tahap penelitian historis menurut Kuntowijoyo yakni, pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan penulisan sejarah. Hasil dari penulisan artikel ini adalah dinamika pertumbuhan komoditas Lada dan Kopi di Lampung tidak terlepas dari adanya berbagai pihak diantaranya terdapat kebijakan dari Pemerintahan Kolonial Belanda.Faktor penyakit tanaman, konstelasi politik dan ekonomi yang tidak stabil, demografi yang rendah, dan infrastruktur masih tradisional turut mempengaruhi hasil dari produksi Lada dan Kopi pada masa Kolonial Belanda. Kata kunci: Lampung, Sejarah, Kolonial, Perdagangan.Abstract Lampung is one of the provinces in Indonesia, located at the southern tip of Sumatra Island with an administrative boundary to the north with the Province of South Sumatra, to the east by the Java Sea, to the south by the Sunda Strait, and to the west by the Indonesian Ocean. As one of the regions in Indonesia, Lampung has its own unique history. In this paper, the writer is interested in studying the Dutch Colonial Government Policy and Its Effect on the Pepper and Coffee Trading Commodities in 19th Century Lampung. The method used in writing this scientific article is the historical method with a literature review approach or literature review through various sources, where the author can examine in depth the research made and the position of the researcher is also in the highest position as an analyst. According to Kuntowijoyo, the five stages of historical research are topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historical writing. The result of writing this article is that the dynamics of the growth of Pepper and Coffee commodities in Lampung can not be separated from the existence of various parties including the policies of the Dutch Colonial Government. Plant disease factors, unstable political and economic constellations, low demographics, and traditional infrastructure also influence the result of the production of Pepper and Coffee during the Dutch Colonial period. Industri kopi bubuk merupakan industri dengan tingkat persaingan yang ketat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin beragamnya produk kopi bubuk di pasaran. Oleh karena itu penting bagi perusahaan untuk berfokus pada cara memuaskan konsumen. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan penelitian mengenai perilaku konsumen kopi bubuk. Penelitian mengenai perilaku konsumen akan mengarahkan produsen pada strategi bersaing yang tepat dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perilaku konsumen kopi bubuk dari aspek motivasi membeli, manfaat yang diharapkan dari mengonsumsi, jenis produk pengganti yang dikonsumsi, cara pengambilan keputusan dalam pembelian, ukuran berat yang paling disukai, tempat pembelian, kemasan yang paling disukai, merek yang paling sering dibeli dan media iklan yang paling disukai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden, lalu data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi tertinggi dalam mengonsumsi kopi bubuk adalah karena kebiasaan (45%), manfaat yang dicari supaya tidak mengantuk (53%), produk pengganti yaitu teh (41%), keputusan pembelian produk dilakukan secara mendadak (68%), dan pembelian dilakukan di warung terdekat (73%). Kemasan yang dominan disukai berupa sachet (59%), dan ukuran berat 50 gram (46%). Merek yang paling sering dibeli yaitu kopi Kapal Api (38%), sedangkan media iklan yang paling sering dilihat adalah melalui media TV (45%).Kata kunci: kopi buku, perilaku konsumen
