Dinamika Gaya Kepemimpinan Tangkas, Motivasi, Kinerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Di Perusahaan Perkebunan

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tangkas dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja di perusahaan perkebunan. Penggunaan variabel-variabel tersebut berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu , yaitu : Dareel K. Rigby. (2020), Laanti dkk (2010), Bartsch dkk (2020) Pradhan dkk ( 2016) , dan Risley (2020).
