Abstract: RESUMENUn reclamo permanente desde el campo del emprendimiento es que la creación de nuevas empresas fomenta el desarrollo y el crecimiento econó-mico de una región. Sin embargo es una afirmación que hay que acoger con cautela, y que presenta importantes matices.
