Abstract:IntroductionIntracranial aneurysm (IA) is a common cerebrovascular disease. Considering the risks and benefits of surgery, a significant proportion of patients with unruptured IA (UIA) choose conservative observation. Previous studies suggest that inflammation of aneurysm wall is a high-risk factor of rupture.
