Dimercaptosuccinic acid scintigraphy vs. ultrasound for renal parenchymal defects in children

Abstract: Introduction: Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) scintigraphy is the gold standard in the evaluation of renal parenchymal defects and is widely used in the pediatric population.
